All classes are mixed level and booked on a block basis. Due to small class numbers, suitable for most people as adaptations can be made for individuals. Get in touch to check availability.

Whenever you like!
60 minute matwork class and 30 minute Pilates based workout class uploaded each week for you to do whenever suits you. Pay on a monthly basis and simply sign in to the website when you want to take part in class.
