60 minute Matwork Pilates Class
30 minute Pilates based workout, varies between Hiit Pilates, Strength and Stretch and Pilates Flow.

All private classes, including ante-natal and post-natal 1:1 can done via Zoom at a time to suit you for 10% discount on the normal price.

Affordable and Flexible
Small Group Classes
Classes are booked on a block basis and are £6 per class. Blocks range from 6 to 10 weeks depending on time of year.
Initial 1:1
Prior to attending an in-person group class everyone attends an initial 1:1 which lasts approximately 45-60 minutes and is £35.

Private Classes

60 Minutes- £40
Every 7th 1:1 class is free with your loyalty card.
Ante and Post Natal
60 Minute session - £50 for either ante-natal or post-natal initial consultation, including a personalised home programme.
Reserve your ante-natal and post-natal sessions together and pay £85 for both to use within 1 year.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for any amount. Treat the special people in your life or drop hints to them for yourself!
